Users have reported some problems with access to Sourcing Journal through the Library database list and research guides. 

First, be sure you are selecting Sourcing Journal through the Library (from the Databases list on the home page or from a link on a research guide from the Library).

Video directions: 

  1. Open a normal (not incognito) web browser
  2. Clear your browser cache, specifically cookies (from all time, not a specific time period)
  3. Click on the link for the journal again. Try the link from the library's A-Z list of databases: 
  4. You should be able to log in with your Columbia credentials to access the database. When you get through, a cookies message will pop up. CLICK REJECT ALLThis is the most important step
